Do you ship across New Zealand?
Yes - we ship nationwide across New Zealand. Orders are processed promptly, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $100.
$9.95 shipping across New Zealand - $12.00 rural.
We treat every order as special — carefully packed and handled with love from our team to your door.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within New Zealand only.
Can I track my order?
Yes - once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes - we offer Afterpay at checkout. This allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you accept returns?
