Breakout-prone skin responds best to routine and patience. Use the Facial Cleanser morning and evening resist the urge to over-cleanse, as stripping the skin can actually increase oil production. Apply the Phyto-Film Toner with gauze in the evening for its active texture-refining benefits. Use the Enzyme Face Buff 2–3 times per week on damp skin after cleansing, not every day. Apply Oily Skin Correction Gel after toning and before moisturiser. Use Hydralite even oily skin needs moisture, and skipping it can make things worse. Finish every morning with SPF 40 to protect and prevent post-breakout marks from darkening.

Apply Blemish Patches to clean, dry skin overnight and resist the urge to check them early leave for at least 6 hours for best results.

For supplements: take Skin + Gut and Organic Liver with food, and Collagen Restore as a daily morning scoop. Give the gut-skin supplements at least 60–90 days, this is where the most meaningful long-term change happens.
How to Use

Morning routine:

Evening routine:

5. Apply Clear Touch Blemish Patches to any active spots

2–3 x per week (evening, after cleansing):

Daily supplements:
- Collagen Restore: 1 scoop mixed into coffee, smoothie or water
- Skin + Gut: 2 capsules with food
